HRRA JUNIOR
WINTER 2020
WINTER 2020
HRRA Junior Winter Training will prepare junior rowers for the coming spring season while focusing on increasing technical competency and injury prevention. Coached by active collegiate oarsmen and the knowledgeable collegiate and high school coaches of the Hudson Valley, the program is focused on bringing athletes into the spring season with the endurance, power, and technical skills needed to improve boat speed and set athletes up for success at winter erg competitions, their spring scholastic programs, and lay the groundwork for a successful summer racing season.
In the past our participants have set regatta records at the HRRA Indoor Sprints and finished in the top 20 at CRASHB's - if you are serious about increasing your performance on your spring/summer teams or laying the groundwork for collegiate rowing recruitment, the HRRA Winter Training Plan and its' staff of regional coaches will help you achieve your goals.
