ADULT ROWING OPEN HOUSES!
The Hudson River Rowing Association would like to invite you to learn about our novice, intermediate and competitive adult rowing programs in the beautiful HRRA Boathouse at two Open Houses this winter.
Come meet HRRA adult rowers of all levels, have a tour of the boathouse and try out some rowing in our indoor tanks. This is a great way to test the "waters" and see what program might be right for you!

USROWING COACHING CLINICS (hosted by HRRA)
LEVEL I COACHING CLINIC
Location: Hudson River Community Boathouse, 272 N. Water Street, Poughkeepsie, NY
When: Saturday, February 25, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Cost: Level I - $125
Level I is open to all coaches, parents, teachers and rowers of any skill level or experience.
LEVEL II COACHING CLINIC
Location: Hudson River Community Boathouse, 272 N. Water Street, Poughkeepsie, NY
When: Saturday, February 25, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Cost: Level II - $150
Level II is open to all coaches who have had their Level I for at least 6 months or coaches who have over 1 year of coaching rowing experience and are well versed on safety and have a basic understanding of rigging, basic stroke mechanics, training and physiology.
Register: RegattaCentral.com. Once on the RegattaCentral page, go to "Camps and Clinics" and scroll down to the USRowing area. Payment for the clinic is made upon arrival by check, VISA or MasterCard. Individual (not organizational) membership is required prior to the clinic and can be obtained or renewed at the top of this page or by calling 1-800-314-4769.
