HRRA Board of Directors
Our Board members represent a diverse cross section of the Hudson Valley community with one thing in common - a love of rowing and the Hudson River. Our prime focus as a board is to provide the widest range of rowing opportunities as is possible to our entire community regardless of age, gender, race, religion or creed. We believe the sport of rowing is magnificent in its own right, but may also be used to promote the ideals of teamwork and community development within an environmentally respectful framework. We are able to do this by pooling the extensive professional and rowing experience our board members bring to the table and focusing them towards these goals.

Coach Representatives - The coaches committee appoints 6 coaches to sit on the board. Each position is held for three years.
Founding Member Organization Representatives - Each of the five founding member organizations appoints one member to sit on the board. Each position is held for three years.
At Large Representative - The remaining 7 seats on the board will be filled by members of the community and will be elected by the HRRA Membership at the Annual Meeting. Each position is held for three years.
Officers are elected from the Board of Directors by the HRRA Membership at the Annual Meeting and serve a term of one year.
