
DONATION INFORMATION
The 2008 HRRA Capital Campaign is underway! New in 2008 you can donate online using Regatta Central ~ go to HRRA on the clubs tab and choose from a variety of amounts for your donation to the HRRA Boathouse. We need to raise 200,000 in the next three years to secure the financial future of the the boathouse ~ please help us achieve that goal!
Hudson River Rowing Association would like to invite you to join our generous contributors to support our Community Boathouse Project. We offer a variety of individual, team and corporate giving opportunities to help the Hudson Valley community commit to this great riverfront project.
POWER 5
Power 5 contributors would donate $5,000 in a lump sum or over a period of up to 4 years. In return, HRRA will list the contributor on a special plaque for Power 5 donors that will be displayed in the Lobby of the new boathouse and their names will be listed as Power 5 donor in the winter newsletter as well as on the contributors page of the HRRA Web Site. Donors will receive a framed, limited edition illustration of the Community Boathouse with a plaque denoting their Power 5 donation.
In addition, the donor and one guest will be invited to our annual Contributor and Volunteer Appreciation Cocktail Party.
POWER 10
Power 10 contributors would donate $10,000 in a lump sum or over a period of up to 4 years. In return, HRRA will list the contributor on a special plaque for Power 10 donors that will be displayed in the Lobby of the new boathouse and their names will be listed as Power 10 donor in the winter newsletter as well as on the contributors page of the HRRA Web Site. Donors will receive a framed, limited edition illustration of the Community Boathouse with a plaque denoting their Power 10 donation.
In addition, the donor and three guests will be invited to our annual Contributor and Volunteer Appreciation Cocktail party. The donor will receive two complimentary HRRA memberships for four years which allow the members to enroll in HRRA programs and rent the facility for private events.
POWER 20
Power 20 contributors would donate $20,000 in a lump sum or over a period of up to 4 years. In return, HRRA will list the contributor on an individual plaque for Power 20 donors that will be displayed in the lobby of the new boathouse and their names will be listed as Power 20 donor in the winter newsletter as well as on the contributors page of the HRRA Web Site. Donors will receive a framed, limited edition illustration of the Community Boathouse with a plaque denoting their Power 20 donation.
In addition, donors and five guests will be invited to our annual Contributor and Volunteer Appreciation Cocktail Party. The donor will receive four complimentary HRRA memberships for four years which allow the members to enroll in HRRA programs and rent the facility for private events.
TEAM LEVELS
Four Oared Shell - $1000
Eight Oared Shell - $2000
Teams - $4000
Each team will receive a plaque with the names of each rower engraved on a brass plate, the name of the school or organization and years they rowed together or significant achievements. The plaque may include a picture of the team that will be provided by the donor(s). All plaques will be displayed in the lobby of the Training Facility. An HRRA Volunteer will contact you to finalize this option.
NAMING OPPORTUNITIES
Benches - $1500
Individual Bays and Tank Room ~ $25,000
Individual Shell Storage bays and the tank room will be named in perpetuity after a person or team of the donor’s choosing. Signs in keeping with the architectural design of the building will be placed over the garage doors of each bay.
Donors at this level will receive a framed, limited edition watercolor print of the HRRA Boathouse with a plaque denoting their donation. In addition, the donor and 1 guest will be invited to our annual Contributor and Volunteer Appreciation Cocktail Party and the donor will receive two complimentary HRRA memberships that allow the members to enroll in HRRA programs, be eligible for HRRA discounts at events and local businesses and use the facility for private events.
Meeting Room ~ $50,000
The meeting room will be named in perpetuity after a person of the donor’s choosing. Signs in keeping with the architectural design of the building will be placed over the threshold of the meeting room. A picture and short narrative about the person will be displayed within the upper lobby of the training facility.
Donors at this level will receive a framed, limited edition watercolor print of the Community Boathouse with a plaque denoting their donation. In addition, the donor and 3 guests will be invited to our annual Contributor and Volunteer Appreciation Cocktail Party and the donor will receive four complimentary HRRA memberships that allow the members to enroll in HRRA programs, be eligible for HRRA discounts at events and local businesses and use the facility for private events.
Training Facility ~ $250,000
The Training Facility, which encompasses the tank rooms, lockers, lobby, meeting room, coaches offices and extra storage/rigging bay, will be named in perpetuity after a person of the donor’s choosing. Signs in keeping with the architectural design of the building will be placed over the front and back entrances of the training facility and a picture along with a short narrative about the person will be displayed within the lobby of the facility.
Boat Bays Facility ~ $250,000
The second building that includes 5 shell storage bays will be named in perpetuity after a person of the donor’s choosing. Signs in keeping with the architectural design of the building will be placed at the front and back entrances of the bays and a picture along with a short narrative about the person will be displayed within the lobby of the training facility.
Donors at the $250k level will receive a framed, limited edition watercolor print of the Community Boathouse with a plaque denoting their donation. In addition, donors and 5 guests will be invited to our annual Contributor and Volunteer Appreciation Cocktail Party and the donor will receive six complimentary HRRA memberships that allow the members to enroll in HRRA programs, be eligible for HRRA discounts at events and local businesses and use the facility for private events.
CORPORATE GIVING LEVELS
Riverfront Hero
A lump sum corporate donation of $20,000 or more. In return, HRRA will list the contributor on a special plaque for Riverfront Hero Donors that will be displayed in the Lobby of the facility. HRRA will post the company’s logo and contact information on our Contributor’s web page, provide a business card size ad in each of our quarterly newsletters and include the business’ name in our registration packets for our members to utilize the business’ services for four years. Donors will receive a framed, limited edition illustration of the Community Boathouse with a plaque denoting their donation.
In addition, the donor and 3 guests will be invited to our annual Contributor and Volunteer Appreciation Cocktail Party and the donor will receive two complimentary HRRA annual memberships that allow the members to enroll in HRRA programs and use the facility for private events.
Riverfront Leader
A lump sum corporate donation of $10,000 or more. In return, HRRA will list the contributor on a special plaque for Riverfront Hero Donors that will be displayed in the Lobby of the facility. HRRA will post the company’s logo and contact information on our Contributor’s web page, provide a business card size ad in our quarterly newsletter and include your business’ name in our registration packets for our members to utilize your business’s services for two years. Donors will receive a framed, Limited edition illustration of the Community Boathouse with a plaque denoting their donation.
In addition, the donor and 3 guests will be invited to our annual Contributor and Volunteer Appreciation Cocktail Party.
Riverfront Partner
Businesses at this level would donate $1000 to the boathouse campaign or a combination of a $500 donation along with additional discounts at your business to HRRA members for one year. Discounts for HRRA members would be negotiated with the individual business based on what services are offered. In return HRRA will post the company’s logo and contact information on our Contributor’s web page, provide a business card size add biannually in our quarterly newsletter, include your business’ name in our registration packets for our members to utilize your business’s services and provide space on our community bulletin board for an 8 1/2 x 11 flyer or menu.
